How I work
Bring the issue. We find a way forward.
You do not need to arrive with a neatly framed coaching goal. Tell me what is happening. We clarify the situation, identify what matters, and work towards a decision, a conversation, or a concrete next move.
No fixed playbook. The setting determines the method: focused one-to-one conversation, structured reflection, decision framing, mediation, or a facilitated team session.
I am a certified mediator and LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator. Over the years, I have designed and led hundreds of strategy, innovation, product, and venture workshops and accompanied founder teams through critical phases.
My work focuses on business, leadership, and organizational questions. It is not therapy or psychological counselling.
