Bio

I am a Berlin-based operator and venture builder, with almost two decades of work in digital health, medtech, and life sciences.

I founded FTWK in 2009 and built it into a Digital Innovation & Product Studio that ran through 2017. Today I work as an independent operator — embedded in client teams, with a network of founders, operators, and investors and a roster of specialists I can mobilize when the mandate needs them. From strategy to execution.

My work spans corporate development, strategy and innovation, and product and venture building across Diagnostics, MedTech, Pharma, Care, and Research.

Mandates have included Roche Diagnostics, BIOTRONIK, Bayer, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Sandoz, Helios Kliniken, Charité / BIH, and Boehringer Ingelheim.

I have been an angel investor since 2016 and am a member of Angels4Health. I co-founded STEM4Health Berlin and have mentored founders through G4A, Vision Health Pioneers, Hacking Health, and Startupbootcamp Digital Health.
